However, a disappointing experience due to broken phone, leading to sleep disruption and intrusion into the room on a subsequent stay. Service was professional and attentive, with a feeling of quality maintained, although the location, close to the lake Außenalster, felt somewhat chaotic and unsettling. The dining experience was costly with limited value for money, and the hotel's facilities were not resupplied adequately.
